It depends on the route and the service level you choose. As a rough guide: Sydney to Melbourne is 1 to 2 business days, Brisbane to Perth is 3 to 5 business days, and metro to regional areas usually adds 1 to 2 days. We confirm a timeframe when we quote your job.
Yes. We have tail-lift trucks and other equipment for sites without a forklift. Just mention it when you book so we send the right vehicle.
Yes. For businesses with regular freight we set up scheduled pickups and dedicated runs on fixed days. This keeps your costs predictable and frees up your team to focus on other work. Talk to us about a regular run that suits your volumes.
Yes, we handle most dangerous goods classes (Classes 2 to 9) with licensed drivers, correct placarding and compliant documentation. We do not carry explosives (Class 1) or radioactive materials (Class 7). Learn more on our dangerous goods page.
We look at distance, size, weight, service type, urgency and any special requirements such as dangerous goods, oversized loads or refrigeration. You always receive an itemised quote with everything listed upfront, including any remote area or after-hours charges if they apply.
We accept electronic funds transfer, card payments, or account invoicing for approved business customers. Payment terms depend on your account setup, and every tax invoice includes GST and our ABN.
For standard freight a day of notice is usually fine. For oversized or dangerous goods movements we recommend 3 to 5 business days, which allows time for permits and escort arrangements.
Yes, we regularly service agricultural areas and mining regions. We arrange pilot support and permits when needed, and plan around weather, road conditions and access restrictions so your freight arrives safely.
