General Freight & Delivery Questions

Use our online quote form or give us a call on 1300 612 916. Just let us know your pickup and delivery locations, what you're sending (dimensions and weight), and what type of service you need. We'll get back to you with a clear, itemised quote.

We cover all of Australia, including metro areas, regional centres, and remote locations across every state and territory.

It depends on where you're sending from and to, and which service level you choose. As a rough guide:

  • Sydney to Melbourne: 1 to 2 business days
  • Brisbane to Perth: 3 to 5 business days
  • Metro to regional areas: add 1 to 2 days

We'll give you a more accurate timeframe when we quote your job.

Absolutely. We've got tail-lift trucks and other equipment for sites without forklifts. Just mention it when you book so we can send the right vehicle.

Service-Specific Questions

We move chilled and frozen goods like fresh produce, dairy, seafood, pharmaceuticals, and frozen meals. We can maintain temperatures from 0°C down to -20°C depending on what you need.

Pricing & Operations

We look at distance, size, weight, service type, urgency, and any special requirements (like dangerous goods, oversized loads, or refrigeration). You'll always get an itemised quote with no surprises.

Not from us. We list everything upfront, including things like remote area charges, after-hours delivery fees, or dangerous goods handling if they apply to your job.

For standard freight, a day's notice is usually fine. For oversized or dangerous goods transport, we'd recommend 3 to 5 business days to allow time for permits and escort arrangements.

Warehousing & Distribution

Absolutely. We can store your goods and then handle the final delivery to your customers or job sites.

Trust & Safety

We provide transit insurance covering loss or damage during transport. We also have options for high-value loads and dangerous goods.

We'll investigate what happened, work with you on the insurance claim, and provide all the documentation you need. Our aim is to prevent issues.

Regional & Remote Delivery

Yes, we regularly service agricultural areas and mining regions. We'll arrange pilot support and permits when needed.

Weather, road conditions, and access restrictions can sometimes impact delivery times. We'll plan for these and let you know if there are any delays or if we need additional time.

Packaging & Preparation

Secure everything on pallets, label clearly, and use shrink wrap or banding to keep items stable. For refrigerated or dangerous goods, we'll provide specific packaging guidelines when you book.

Yes, we can arrange palletising, industrial packaging, and dangerous goods labelling if you need it.

Customer Service

We'll call you straight away, explain what's causing the delay (whether it's weather, road access, or something else), and work out the best way forward.
